Teresa is an educator and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience in institutional capital markets navigating fixed income, credit derivatives, and quantitative risk at leading global firms including Morgan Stanley and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.
She holds an MA in Statistics from Harvard University and dual BS degrees in Mathematics and Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, and has served as a Practitioner-Lecturer at Columbia University.
As a first-generation college graduate and non-native English speaker, she built her path from the ground up. Much of her path unfolded in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where outperforming the field was required simply to be recognized as equal. Those experiences shaped her deep insight into the subtle forces that drive institutional credibility and leadership.
Her work sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and applied decision-making. Through tailored workshops, training programs, and strategic advisory engagements, she helps organizations and individuals build the frameworks and clarity required to navigate complexity when it matters most.
