Drawing from over a decade of experience in institutional capital markets, my work as an educator and strategic advisor is shaped by years navigating fixed income, credit derivatives, and quantitative trading at leading global firms, including Morgan Stanley and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. My journey, however, began much earlier.

I grew up in an ordinary suburb in Asia. I was told I couldn’t do math. I built the quantitative foundation anyway, entered quantitative finance, navigated crises, adapted across cultures, and built my career from the ground up in some of the world's most demanding financial environments. Much of my journey unfolded in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where excellence alone was often not enough and credibility had to be earned repeatedly. Those experiences shaped my deep insight into the subtle forces that drive institutional credibility and leadership.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and applied decision-making. Through tailored workshops, executive education, and strategic advisory engagements, I help organizations and individuals develop practical frameworks and the clarity needed to navigate complexity when it matters most.

I hold an MA in Statistics from Harvard University and dual BS degrees in Mathematics and Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, and have served as a Practitioner-Lecturer at Columbia University.
